Alex sets Passive Altitude’s strategic and technical direction. With more than 20 years in web application development and project delivery, Alex leads solution architecture, client engagement and delivery across every platform in the PA Ecosystem.

Alex’s hands-on work spans the travel, hospitality, finance, automotive, logistics and commerce sectors. Today Alex also leads the company’s system integration and AI automation initiatives.

Vivian takes Passive Altitude’s platforms from development into production, leading deployment, environment configuration, release management and technical support.

From testing and user acceptance to go-live, Vivian makes sure every client system is installed, integrated and runs reliably.

Uginn heads finance and administration at Passive Altitude, looking after accounts, billing and payments, human resources and corporate compliance.

With a background in information systems, Uginn runs the company’s own finance on digital accounting and LHDN e-Invoicing workflows, and keeps tax, SST and audit matters up to date.
